Somatic movement is a gentle, internal practice that emphasizes body awareness and mindful movement to retrain the brain and muscles, improve flexibility, and release chronic tension and pain.

How do I book into a class?
PRE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS
We all run our classes independently. In order to book into a class you can contact the relevant teacher directly to sign up.

Classes run as a 6-8 week course with options for drop in’s and pay as you go.
Join at any stage.
All classes start on time - Arrive 5 minutes before.
