I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for almost a decade. I believe yoga is for everyone and a life-long learning tool to living gracefully.

Classes are tailored to the individuals present in the class with a consistent, functional approach through slow dynamic movement, active mobility and flow with breath. The aim to bring ease into every day life activities:

"designed to be useful, rather than attractive."

Everyone can attend my classes and modifications will be offered to tailor to each individual. My teaching ‘style’ is influenced by my training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, various teachers who have inspired me including methods of Katonah, Forest and Iyengar yoga including functional anatomy principles.

Through the practice you can develop a deep connection with your inner self and with the world around you.
