Hello, I’m Fiona. I would like to work with people who want to improve their awareness of their body-mind connection, working on a deeper level to cultivate a stronger understanding of themselves, to be the best version they can be in alignment with who they are & show up in the world exactly as that. I will use all of my training & my own personal experience to offer you a unique amalgamation of modalities & assist you along your journey.

Lunchtime reset Wednesdays 1.10 - 1.55

This class is exactly what it says on the tin. It is is a break away from your desk or everyday norm.

An opportunity to move your body in a gentle way, to stretch your muscles, mobilise your joints, increase strength & improve posture.

We will also have a focus on breathing to improve focus & bring about a sense of calm.

A calmer nervous system will have a ripple effect on everything else in your life.

The aim of our time together is to build a stronger body/mind connection & how they are communicating with you.

Whilst leaving you feeling rejuvenated, recharged, rested & re-set for the rest of your day & week.
