Practiced at a very slow pace with gentle movement and your body supported with yoga props and blankets. Poses are held for longer periods of time in a comfortable position. This class focuses on nervous system regulation, grounding, inward focus and relaxation. It is especially beneficial for physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
A deeply nourishing mini treat for yourself. We all find it hard to relax. This class will slowly bring you a place where you can let go and relax using yoga techniques such as restorative yoga postures, yoga nidra and breathing practices.
You will be fully supported throughout the practice to allow your nervous system to reboot and reset. Melting away layers of tension and stress from the body and mind.
Accessible for all bodies and abilities. Suitable for all levels and beginners.
Note - The time of the event can be between 1.5 - 2 hrs.
