Movement Medicine is a practice that connects us to our bodies through music and dance, helping us find our ground and at the same time finding freedom. It is a free dance practice that follows our own body's intelligence, allowing us to move as we are called to do so.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. Movement IS medicine.
