A healing, practical blend of Yoga with the ancient medical system of the 5 Element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Shiatsu. Shiatsu has its origins here, as well as acupuncture.

- Accessible Yoga poses that will work on re-balancing the flow of "chi" - or vital energy - throughout specific meridians (or energetic pathways).

- Self-acupressure points to ease common health & wellbeing complaints.

- Yogic breathing techniques to restore balance to body and mind.

- Insights into the yogic Chakra system, which blends beautifully with the 5 Element System.

- A new way to consider your own health & wellbeing, through a holistic lens.

You will also learn many self-acupressure points that you can use to help friends and family.

The focus is on the mind as much as body, which is key for improved focus, resilience, health and wellbeing.

Kerry has been teaching Yoga for many years in different settings. She began her teaching at the offices of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, teaching staff during lunchtimes and evenings. She has since brought her classes to many different people, teaching from her own studio in Co Wicklow, to large multinational companies in Dublin, and now teaches regularly online.
